We are looking for a Small Engine Mechanic/Pressure Washing Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various small engines on pressure washers and pressure washing in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Repair pressure washer engines

• Perform routine pressure washer maintenance

• Use diagnostic tools to test equipment components

• Perform quality inspections prior to returning equipment to the customer

• Assess small engines to accurately diagnose and repair issues

• Provide routine inspections of machines and inform Operations Manager of any issues

• Prepare work estimates as requested

• Keep an accurate log of all work performed

• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times

• Adhere to company work safety policies

• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.​

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a mechanic

• Knowledge of pressure washing

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally with all audiences (in-person or via telephone)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and perform repetitive motions.

• Must be able to perform heavy work exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally; and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently; and/or 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Must possess the visual acuity to perform mechanical non-repetitive work, distinguish the work performed at an arm’s reach and read diagrams and repair manuals.

 

License/Certification:

• Driver's License
